Google algorithm changes and spam update

12 of my websites are affected and seriously hurt, I had a great traffic of about 20 clicks per day, wake up one morning checked my search console and the clicks were zero, all the keywords in good positions actually went to about 100 and above. I did a review of my backlinks sumitted a disavow file about 2 weeks back, but i still see no change.
Please can you help me with a possible solution?

Disavowing links won't give you instant results. Google needs time to process it, and even then, there's no guarantee of recovery. Make sure you were very thorough when assessing which links to disavow.
