I believe one Google update is rolling now. As I see a great number bots (Realtime) on the website google annalytics.

Please explain what you mean by that "real time bots".

This is already 3rd or 4th update in March alone. (not core update tho)

The unusual number of real-time visitors can be a glitch in GA. It happens sometimes but it goes back to normal after a while. If you add up the numbers of visitors by traffic sources it is less than the total number.

They're probably having technical issues again.

When you see "I cant index" threads popping up all over, it's a sign Google is broken again.

II highly doubt it's "broken", more like done on purpose to make it harder for people doing SEO to index their links. And perhaps save on their crawl budget.

But broken? Nah, doubt they would have a broken tool for this long. If they wanted it fixed, they could fix it. IMO.

Could be but it's harming their overall quality.

Lots of criticism even from SEO folks who usually just pander to G.

Finally, I've got to disagree.
Yes, google is tring to be weird now but I have no problem indexing my links with medium method when needed (for most of the links I don't need to force google). And I have to admit I've had and still have weird google indexing/deindexing/indexing.
Bing is weirder for me than google atm tbh.

Google SERPs are fluctuating through out this month. They're either fixing or breaking something.

Yea I definitely agree on that.

I keep seeing posts on sites like Reddit where they complain about SERP results nowdays.

On Reddit they always complain even since before G ran out of hard drive space.
