Google Adwords Weird Error - Any help?

That's a great start though.. Im always waiting lol, how many time you wait without any changes?
Does someone have always the "Account Under Review" error?
Maybe they change it by that.

i created a new adwords account today and i'm getting same problem.
Used whitehat niche/ads/keywds + safe site for review.
Only thing i can think of is if it's the VCC which is causing it
 
I Think its another way of saying that the account is in review... will have to wait for max 72 hours as per adwords policy and it would either be running or suspended depends on what you are promoting.

Contact them, he change me CPC, and he told me my account is under review, I have to wait 24 hours.
Will keep BHW community updated.
