Google AdWords Promos

I run a paid directory for businesses. I've only launched it recently and I want to give everyone that signs up a $100 AdWords voucher to promote their listing on my site.

The question is, is Google cool with multiple people promoting their profiles on the same site through AdWords?

They are professional profiles with commercial intent, not just a general social thing.

If anyone can let me know I would appreciate it. I couldn't find any information on the subject.

It may not be against Google policy for multiple people to be advertising on the same site however you may run into problems if you are handing out vouchers and not being authorized to do so. Generally Google allows third parties to do this however they also tack on terms of service as well. You may want to check with Google to be sure you are doing this legitimately.
