google adwords offered?

hi,

i've a 50$ google adwords offered from my hosting company, i live out of usa, and i ask if
ther's a possibility to get it work?
a vcc card is needed for this operation or not? if yes, how can i buy it?

Yea, G pretty much found out about the VCC and Giftcard trick. So you have to use a real credit card now. That's why there aren't a lot of people selling adwords accounts! I'm just going to give family members 5 bucks each to use their cards/info.
