My google ad-words got suspend. Nearly 4 accounts i did used my friends cards.

My question is google will monitor my computer mac address and ISP(internet) mac address everything

which way i can create more accounts using some proxies.

Need a suggestion to move further.

You will need to do everything fresh from the start. IP address, card, name, address details and the website url etc.
