Google adwords help!

I'm very new to this google adwords and I just created my account and still waiting for my ads to be approved but they suspended my account saying "Your account is suspended - We've detected suspicious payments in your account." I only use paypal account and my account has a lot of balance

Some countries aren't allowed to use Paypal, so if you used a VPN etc other means to go around it, maybe thats why?

Also, if its suspended they probably won't reopen it. Maybe try signing up for a new account and using a Credit Card instead?

Yes, if it is not an old account. It would be better create a new account and use credit/debit card.

Before creating new Google AdWords(Ads) account I would suggest you to check why Google suspended the account and fix that issue first.
You can crate new AdWords account but if you don’t fix the issue then again you will be suspended.
One more thing you can’t use the same payment card for new AdWords account. Otherwise the account will be suspended for suspicious payment.
