Is there a way to change the display URL? He managed to write the original website domain name into the ad on Google. and when you log in, a different page opens.

We are open to any and all advice, paid or free, on this subject.

It's cloaking. He uses one URL to approve his ads on Google. Once ad account is approved, they activate the Cloaker. Which redirects the actual user to their "Money-Page".

No. The URL that appears on Google is an original site that does not belong to it. However, when you click on the ad, a fake page opens.
