It's possible to post campagain with adwords threshold account where people will go to my landing page, where I'll sell them e-book in PDF format. It's not mine e-book of course so it's copyright protected. Google will let me put that campagain, or I have to do some trick?

I think it will get banned sooner or later or you will be in trouble if you do not follow proper precautions. But you might want to test it out.

As long as you dont use the original brand keyword in the Paid ads, you are likely to be safe.

But if you use the same brand or product name to advertise the pirated copies, your ad will have a chance to be detected by anti-piracy bot and get taken down (if the owner of the product hire anti-piracy service to monitor for infringement)
