Google adwords cloacking

Need some help lol
i want to run the adwords campaign ive done some research please tell me if these are some what correct

create a safe page which is about your landing page. I will create a wordpress site and use the same keywords in it as in my campaign.

after this i submit it to be reviewed once it is reviewed it will need start a cloacker on it so that real users are directed to the landing page which is the page i want them to go to.

I only need this campaign to run for a few days even if it is only 2 my goal is not to make it run for a week.

i have access to resendetial ips to create accounts on, ik i am still missing on other specific details. Like how i should i make my wordpress site and what cloacking serive to use.

Pretty much right. If you are able to get accounts easily, you can learn cloaking really fast. Just warm up your account before going with cloaking, no need to do big spends. Plus adword is not the only network. Check PPV.
