Google: AdWords, Cannabis and Crypto - The Unholy Trinity?

Hey guys, looking for some professional advice (paid of course) and some examples if possible - topic is Cannabis (medicinal and 100% legal business) along with a token/crypto. What I would like to find out is regarding Google Ad campaigns - both black and white hat methods. Feasibility, regulations - ways around - if any.
