Create a new one. Make sure everything is new and clean. Cc, adress, ip, domains ..

Once account is suspended, it's gone. You can make a new one with fresh ip,PC, CC etc. Idea is that adwords should not link your new adwords account with your old banned account.

i created all new. ip, computer, credit card...all. i work with this comouter with teamviewer. Google banned me again. Why???

Did you use new domain? New adress and name, new gmail acc? Banned because payment activity?

Google only banned if you don't pay them or use voucher! if you use money, you will not go banned! but of course, your ads, should not against their TOS
 
Google is very very sensitive... you can banned very quickly
 
I made a new account different credit card and email and I can still run ads for now. I dont know how it will end up on the long term. All I did promote and affiliate link and it banned me without telling me anything
