Google adwords - App ad issue

Hello, guys!
I want to advertise the app through the new Google adwords account. After creating and publishing a new campaign, the campaign is approved. But after a 2-hour break, the account is suspended.

What exactly is the solution to this problem?

Note: There is no problem when I create a sample e-commerce site (or other) ad campaign. (He even spends money)
