I am using an e.pn virtual card
and my campaign is black keyword.
That is why my account is often suspended
When the account is suspended, if you cancel the account,
Google will refund the used credit card.
However, it has been over 80 days and the refund has not been made to the e.pn virtual card.
I contacted EPN customer service, but they just gave me the same answer.
The amount that will be refunded from a suspended account is 2000-2500 euros.
