Well it can be addressed, simply by adjusting your content to cater their TOS, etc. There are certain content that is not allowed by Adsense, and you can read those on their TOS.
Otherwise, if your site does not command a good amount of traffic, or has thin content - fewer than 100 posts, etc, then you should get those content up first. Spun content will not get approved - period, as most sites are manually checked by them.
If your site has good amount of traffic, eg, minimum 10k unique per month - that's something they want, as their business model is based on that. Install an analytics tool, and provide them with info/proof that your site has good amount of traffic, and that should make your application easier.
