Google Adsense Vs Feedsburner.

Hello. Before i ask my question the truth is that i'm very new to all this stuff. So Don't post hate comments.

Questions:

Well i have now Blog (About Health Insurance) and i have Adsense in it.
Now should i start using Feedsburner (I will buy visitors in Feedsburner OR in main Blog) After that i will start doing Exchange (With ads).

So could someone tell me Which pays more? Blogger or Feedsburner.
Merci Ohh and Cheapest / realiable Visitors service ?

Edit: And explanation about what Is backlinks. Wil it affect how much i get per Ad click? Ohh and how i can improve click rate.
