Don't change your content or anything. It's not because u diden't get accepted by google that it's the end of the world, what i'm going to tell u is either find another cpm that will pay you more than 0.16 or find a way to make your traffic go high beside that u can see if u can find some cpa offer that target people from albania and promote it as a banner
