Using your passport to verify another Adsense account is not recommended. Google's AdSense program allows only one account per publisher. Creating multiple AdSense accounts for the same person using different identification documents can lead to violations of Google's policies.

That will not solve problem. Ad limit is because of problems on website.

Use another person's details - a relative or someone close to you.

How as your account limited?
Is your passport the same name as whichever ID you used before?
For example
previous ID: Jon Doe
Passport Jon Jack Doe
If so, that's fine u can use that.
But use another address instead of the previous one you used and another bank account, hopfully it also has the name on your passport.

My current account is limited due to invalid traffic, but all my traffic are real. It has already been limited for 8 months,
Also my passport has the same name as my ID.

Doing so would just dox you even more to google's platform.
Have you analyized your traffic & its behaviour?
Invalid traffic doesn't necessary mean its fake/bot.
I would say, best to look from there, otherwise, a new adsense account will just have the same issue.
Otherwise, look for another publisher

Then that will also depends how common ur name is.
If you have a super common name.
If you put another address & bank account & verification.
Different IP (country) you should be able to get away with it.

Try deleting your old ad code and create new ad code the use it. It works form me but usually it takes 1week to 1 month to show ads
