I have an untouched domain, I mean...I don't have a website on it. Can I park it with Adsense for Domains? I hosted on the Google servers, created an Adsense account, typed in the domain name, but they rejected the creation of the Adsense account, by saying that I must have a functional website, not only a domain. So, WTF? Can my domain be parked with Adsense or not?

I followed these steps: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=100301 but they don't want to activate my adsense account, saying that my website is not functional (of course! it's only a domain!). So are they crazy or what?

Anyone can explain me why Google rejected the creation of the Adsense account? What should I do to get accepted?

Well, simply apply with another domain that has already website with it!

Adsense for Domain, is a part of adsense program. You should have an adsense account to add your domain for parking. First, try to get an adsense account and then you can easily add your domain for parking.

You must have a working website with some traffic to be able to be approved by adsense , else park your domain to any other parking service like SEDO .
