Make a few Hubpages taking care to make them as interesting and error-free as possible and apply again for Adsense through Hubpages. (Get the content written on Fiverr if your grammar isn't very good). That's what a friend of mine did - she doesn't even have a website, but was approved and her account is as fully functional as mine is.

Ah yes. Agree with the above post. I got mine with hubpages too. Made around 30 hubs and waited 6 months to get an adsense account.

My pal got hers quite quickly, within just a few weeks I think...and she only made a couple of hubs, but that was around 18 months ago. Or maybe she just got lucky.

Okay if you looking to get in the adsense program then this is how you do it! Go too blog spot that google on make about 5 post and then follow the link where it ask you to monetize your blog. It's really is that simple!

You could also try to make WP/Blogger accs and get accepted with them,
I got verified without issues
