Used Ezoic. Did well to me. I was recommended Medianet a lot of times but never worked with them.

ezoic will do good if you got adsense already otherwise they wont accept you.

You can try PopAds or PropellerAds. Both are beginner-friendly. PopAds don't have minimum traffic requirements.

You need to mail the admin managers of facebook and provide the details of your website. The minimum requirement for your website traffic is 300k and I got it approved as soon as I heard about it this criteria might have changed. All the minor details will be sent to you by facebook help desk to your mail.

If you have good amount of monthly traffic especially US, you may check out for optad360, they are the best alternate I found and even the earnings are more as compared to others.
