Google Adsense ban years ago

Alright so my google Adsense was banned over 10 years ago from getting people to click my banner ads on a website which in return gave money. (i was a dumb little kid)
They sent me a code in the mail to verify my address 10 years ago and when i logged in to input the code i got a ban.

Now recently YouTube requires you too hook up a google adsense account to your YouTube by January 1st 2021 even if your with a network (which i am).

I got a few questions.
Am i screwed? or am i overreacting?

Like what should i do? or should i not worry about it and just make a new account?
Also if i use my brothers name and different address would that be better?
I would kinda wanna use my info again if possible.
Is there anything i can do to stay safe? btw i dont get paid my adsense, my mcn pays me.

use your brothers name in a different computer than the one where yours (adsense) was last opened

how could you be monetized and in network without an adsense in the first place?

to join a network you have to be monetized

to be monetized you need to have an adsense already.
