1) Publish quality unique content. Publish at least 15-20 articles.
2) Also, Google want your website looks legit. You can redesign a little your site too.
3) Make sure, your website is at least 2 month old, before you apply for arsenal monetization .

AdSense has also started seeing the age of the site or domain nowadays. If the quality of the articles is not very unique, then Adsense looks age of the domain.

If you rejected more than 3 times, its more harder. Stay tuned, wait for a month with same domain send again. If still rejecting you, change domain, I assume your content is of good quality already...

Use good content on your site. Also add pages like privacy policy and all. Then apply.

I don't know how adsense approval works.
I bought a job website here on BHW.
I had a brand new domain.
All content was duplicate content because it was postings from other job sites that my site accessed through an api.
As soon as the site was setup, I applied for adsense.
I was approved in a couple of days.
So my approval was not based on an aged domain, my approval was not based on an established site with traffic and my approval was not based on unique content.
I can only conclude that people who are not approved are raising a red flag somewhere.
Does adsense give a reason for the rejection?

It is weird.
Still he has to get site approved for adsense.

I got rejected for around a year now the same reason: LOW-QUALITY CONTENT, even that all my content is unique, SEO Optimized, and not duplicated! ( i got it from expired domains of 2013 ) not index in google too ! Any Advice guys
