Its accepting but taking longer than usual. If there is some issue in your content, site etc...then get ready for refusal.

I'm trying for 3 weeks now to get approved.
Twice I got some kind of error and had to resubmit.

I think they are not. I recently submitted my site for approval but got a reply after a few hours stating that they couldn't review my site at the time because of COVID19. The notification never mentions sth like 'it will take longer to review'.
