gambling license is very difficult to get, you best shot is try to buy a accoult already verified i think cloaking your ads will be less expensive and faster

also you need a proper virtual card service in case if your account will be banned. there is one rule which can help you – one ad account = one payment method (virtual card). u can google some virtual cards for google ads
