To run Google ads for black niches, you need to do a lot:

1. Cloaking - justcloakit
2. aged google ads account
3. clean IP (yours and website)
4. White page to drive bots and google ads agents to it

You can even hire a professional to do it for you but it costs more than $1k for all of these
