It might be correct to assume this happens to everyone.

The best way I got around it was appealing the decision and providing all the proof they requested.

This may be harder though if you are hiding something you aren't telling us, such as if you are banned before on the same IP.
Assuming everything else is safe, appealing should always get you through this limit within 1-2 days

don't make it more complicated and time-consuming, just purchase an invoice Google ad acc and there will be people in charge of the payment for you
 
I was facing the same issue then i tried using net banking and problem solved.

i dont know why you still around here replying comment like you are professional at google ads. YOU ARE JUST A SCAMMER MTFK! If any of you chat to this guy for gg ads service or course you will end up losing money! SCAM
 
Even if you create a personal account, it's easy to get banned. I'd recommend a corporate account.

That's the problem with personal accounts. There's also a limit of $20.

Individual accounts are susceptible to suspicious payments, which is not the case with corporate accounts
 
Ensure your billing details match your card, or try a new payment method and contact Google support.
 

Follow one of these steps:​

  1. Check for Account or Billing Profile Issues​

  2. Use a Card Linked to Your Country/Region​

  3. Check the Card Type & Bank Restriction.​

  4. Clear Your Browser Cache and Use a Clean IP Address
  5. Try Adding the Card Through Google Ads Support
  6. Using a Google Ads Prepaid Balance or Alternative Payment Methods
  7. Verify Your Identity with Google Ads
 
First get your account warmup for atleast a day then create billing. (In short make an account without billing/campaign)
