Teach what about cloaking ? To create a cloaker OR to use a cloaker ? If it is to create a cloaker, then you will have to (on your own) consult or hire a coder / programmer. If it for learing how to use a cloaker, then the support team of the cloaker can help with that and almost all cloakers also do have how-to's materials & videos.
 
First, select any premium Cloaker and talk to his support he will guide you complete Cloaker

I've never used a cloaker before, so I believe you need to do the setup, that's what I need to learn
