Google Ads/YT Ads Targeting

Hi guys,

do you know if it's possible to do YouTube Ads targeting like in Facebook?

Currently I run 2 Discovery campaigns:

1. Show my video to people who visit channel X,Y,Z
2. Show my video to people who like keyword X

Is it possible to do with Google Ads (YouTube Discovery Ads) something like that:

Show my videos to people who visit/like channel X and search for keyword X OR
Show my videos to people who visit/like channel X AND visit/like channel Y?

do you mean intersect two interests? I think i have seen such options while creating a display campaign
