nope, u can just use one id different than the one registered as the start

The documentation you provide for verification, regardless of whether it is for organization or personal document, can be completely different than the information you have you billing set on.
As long as the documents you provide are valid, they will be accepted, and if they don't match your billing page, the billing will just get automatically updated after the verification.
However, it is recommended that your name in the billing after verification matches the name of the card or bank you make payments with.

It will pass but I won't recommend that as google like to close accounts so much so you shouldn't give them a reason
