Google Ads verification issue

Hello.
My friend has been promoting an ad for USA GEO and, after adding some specific keywords on some of the accounts, got this notification.
"Advertiser verification required - Your ads may be restricted from appearing on certain user queries until you've completed advertiser verification". (I attach a screenshot)

This requirement restricts the performace of the ad and gives worse results, so we're willing to fix that.
The issue is that, as you can see, in the Advertiser verification tab, we don't have any pending verification. We also didn't receive any message on account's email regarding the requirement of the verification.
The notification appeared about 3 weeks ago.

Could please anybody give any advice of what to do? We have no problems with verifying it, but just cannot find any possibility to do this.
Maybe there is any form to complete?
Please help us solve the issue.

I recently got this advertiser verification also, but it was slightly different from yours. I was given a 30 days to "start" the verification process and another 30 days to "complete" it. I was skeptical at first and was worried about my account not getting verified. Eventually, I submitted the document (My passeport + some informations) and my account was verified. And as you may know, the advertiser's name after this verification will appear in your ad if someone care to check your ad in google (which sureley happens very rarely).
Just submit the documents they want and you all your account will be 100% running in a day or two.

Edit : Well sorry I didn't read your post very well. It appears you can't even verify. Are ads triggered by your new queries or is it pending ?

But, as I show on the screenshot, there is nothing in the Advertisor verification tab, which says "no verifications required yet".
Where can I submit the documents? Do you know if there is any link for the google form completion regarding the verification?

Strange.. In your case it says ''No verifications required yet", however I'd contact the support.

They will let you know what to do and eventually enable the document submit form if your account indeed needs verification.

After some weeks to a month, I finally got the normal verification requirement, the one which provides 30 days to do that.
I have successfully verified the account, and after that, both the new "forced verification" and the old notification disappeared.
No clue what the problem was to require it from the first day.

we all know google don't have enough to pay good devs so they're full of bugs... some would say it's on purpose who knows
