Hello! I need a consultation regarding Google Ads verification for Brazil. Previously, we completed verification only as an individual (personal verification) and mostly for Europe. Now we have launched several new accounts targeting Brazil and set everything up as a legal entity (Business). We have prepared the corporate documents and have already passed / are currently going through the document based verification.

Brazil is a new country for us and we don’t have much experience specifically with BR. My questions:
In Brazil, what are the most common additional requests or follow-up checks after the base verification? We already have all standard documentation; we just want to understand what else is typically requested so we can be fully prepared.

Hi,

I hope you’re doing well.

I wanted to ask which type of legal entity you used for the verification — was it an LLC, LTD, or another company structure?

Also, for the identity verification, did you use a passport or a national ID card?

I would really appreciate your insight, as my projects are currently on hold due to Google Ads verification issues.

In your experience, is there any company structure that tends to receive faster or instant verification?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,

We have successfully completed verification for this Google Ads account as a business, using a full set of corporate documents. This is our first launch in Brazil, so we would like to clarify the next steps and any Brazil-specific requirements that may apply after business verification.

In parallel, we also submitted individual (pasport) verification for the same setup. It is currently marked as “Under review”, and we are awaiting the decision (it typically takes up to 24 hours based on our past experience).

We mainly work with Europe, where the verification flow and follow-up checks are different.

What is your geo verification and what is the problem with verification?

Forget all that and just cloak your ads, even if you have a legal structure. Google is very picky. Just cloak everything

You're already ahead since you're getting ready ahead of time. I would advise you to double-check that all of your business information (legal name, registration number, address, and billing information) is the same on all of your paperwork and your Google Ads profile. Inconsistencies are a common reason for follow-ups.

Also, make sure that the information about your business on your landing pages is clear and that it follows Brazilian advertising rules. Being open and honest about things and keeping good records usually makes things go more smoothly and cuts down on delays that come up out of nowhere.
