Hi guys,
My Google Ads account was suspended earlier, but after submitting an appeal, it was restored after some time. but after some time account got suspended again.
this time Google asked me to complete advertiser verification before continuing with the appeal process. I completed the verification, but it failed, and now I don’t see any option to retry the verification or submit it again.
I’m not sure what to do next, so I wanted to know if anyone has faced a similar situation and how they managed to solve it.

try connecting with the support via google ad forum, their official staff might solve this issue.

Had a similar issue, try contacting Google Ads support directly and ask them to reopen the verification option, sometimes they can reset it from their side

Normally after an advertiser verification failure, the retry button may be temporarily absent. After a couple of days, verify the advertiser section once more to ensure that all the required details are in perfect alignment.

Don’t keep submitting appeals blindly. Contact Google Ads support and ask them to reopen advertiser verification or confirm exactly which document or business detail failed. Make sure the legal name, address, payment profile, website details, and submitted documents all match exactly.

Also check the verification email and Policy Manager for a deadline or case ID. If support gives generic replies, respond within the same case rather than opening multiple tickets, since duplicate appeals can slow things down.

I’ve seen a few people fix this by contacting Google Ads Support and asking them to reopen the verification and this will be a definitely worth a try.

Try contacting Google Ads support directly and ask for a manual review, sometimes failed verification needs their team to reset the process.
