There is no such trick shared in the public, any trick shared will get patched as we saw in the past.
The best way is to either consider - no such trick exists and move on with life.

5 fresh installed wp ( clean plugins none nulled ) all rejected because they contain malware
and they said i have to delete index.php and many assets subpages + jquery folder because all those pages contain malware
it's not one website but 5 website each one installed on separated hosting , each one has it own plugins & themes
