It's working! We even have a training booklet on this subject. But we are not currently selling it. Similar methods are not recommended for sale because they are fixed as the usage increases.

Yes, Google Ads threshold accounts are working, ofcourse as usual, provided if the campaign setup is done properly. And if so, ads are going live in around 24 to 48 hours.
On the other hand, if the campaign setup is not proper, then Google Ads threshold accounts or even Google Ads prepay accounts will not work.

Nowadays the method that works ís quite dynamic and changes from day to day. Do not follow or chase a method, but keep experimenting on an ongoing basis and you'll then be able to run your ads on a consistent basis.

I am in the same situation, I have not found a reliable service, almost all are scams or bad service. It remains to just try it yourself until you find the method that works.
 
Scammers be like: still working for me. I don’t know what you guys are talking about.

And can the vcc be from any country? For example, you create a google account in Canada and use a German vcc, is that possible?

same I almost bought a method but luckily I asked some buyers and then told me they get low threshold. Now I am looking for account sellers.
 
We should find a new way, that is, how to spend 2-3k in 1 account for only $20 threshold. I think that will be the new way in times of low thresholds like now
 
I mean there are still people who are creating with high thresholds, and people who are only making lows, use a different way to spend a few dozen times more than the $20 threshold.
