No big threshold now. No matter what you do the initial threshold will be $10. Then as you make payments it increases.
10-50-200-350-500.
Make 500 payments multiple times it increases to $1000.

Nowadays at 16 July 2025 the thresholds after $200 is $300, then $500. Remember it can change anytime.
