One thing you must know is that GAds general algorithms and GAds review algorithms are ever dynamic and keep advancing, so the "method" that works today will not work tomorrow ... It is now an ever evolving game, where non-stop self-experimentations is the way out. Another point is when anyone finds a currently working "method", he or she obviously would not want to saturate it and hence he or she will not reveal it so freely. All I can say is imagine you are the GAds review bot, what all would you look out for ? All the answers are right there for you to start experimenting doing different things AND doing things differently.

Why don't you appeal for the account. Most of the accounts are given back (within couple of days) if everything goes well

If you account does get suspended, what do you usually tell them in the appeal section?

Appeal works only if your account gets suspended. More than 50% of our accounts were back after appealing
