US$50 instead of the usual US$350 threshold in a US GAds account means either or both of the following :-
1) IP is bad (bad as per G and / or as per GAds)
2) The card / vcc / bank routing number, etc is flagged (flagged ones mostly may not be accepted & give an error (or some message) OR if accepted then lead to US$50 thresholds.

4g Residential Proxies work the best for GAds and other account creation. For 4g residential proxies, check BHW Marketplace and also do a google search for the same. Yeah, 4g residential proxies are expensive, but in life, to get something good, you gotta initially be ready to invest into it.

AWS, Azure, etc IPs are data center IPs and must be avoided for creation of accounts.

Hey what proxy service do you reccomend for google threshold accounts? Won't rotating residential proxies cause issues since the IP always changes? Thank you!

use good means of payment, don't use vps, buy a good antidetect browser
Are you sure MOVO works good for adwords? Because at many other places, I found MOVO VCC have stopped working for adwords.

Was using Azure and AWS. Earlier was using chime bank. Now, that stopped working. Can you please guide me with which one is working VCC and how to create account safely?
I created and Europe account and got 300€ account threshold. I created a youtube ad discovery and after some hours my account got banned for payment issues. It's because the ad was greyhat or because the payment method? The ad was not rejected, I just got banned.

Sorry mate I can't give you a 100% answer.
Im currently looking into Anti Detect browsers which could work for the IP part but I'm not sure how to solve your payment issues.
