For IPs: real sticky residential or mobile proxies and Anti Detect Browser.

Same issue is with me from last 2 weeks. I have used different types of vcc and browsers with piaproxies. no success, always getting 10 euro

In my experience, just getting on the phone and talking to a human will help solve most of these issues.

That being said, the issue is Google Ads more or less stopped phone support since Covid, so it's much harder to get someone on the phone now.

pia proxies are good and cheaper than other residential proxies. I think they are good for google thresholds.
