    Hello.

I've been running google display ads for a couple months. I'm running into a problem where the majority of my clicks are coming from safari users.

Do you know of any methods, tips, and/or tricks to target mostly chrome users?

I'm only interested in desktop traffic.

Meaning you are dealing directly with Google, right? In which case that's not possible as far as I know. There is a way to change the device targeting, audience and so on.. but no browser target apparently. You might want to try giving them a phone call in case they can edit the targeting from their side.

    Unfortunately you can't.
Google says in help section: "For Display and Video campaigns, you can target specific device types, operating systems, device models and ad inventory (spaces where publishers allow ads to run), as well as operators and wireless networks. Some of these advanced mobile and tablet options aren’t available for other campaign types."
--> And that seems true, since I can't find this function for Google Ads (Search) anywhere in my accounts.

In my experience with PPC there is no supported method of targeting by browser. Since you have stated you are only interested in desktop traffic - regardless of browser - you should go into the device bid adjustment settings and set Mobile and Tablet devices to -100%, this will stop your ads from showing on mobile devices and your traffic will now be 100% desktop.

Only native and pop under companies can target by browsers. I don’t believe google offers that option
