some do, some dont but my problem now is that google keeps catching my cloaker or i dont know why the hell, after approving and i start running, they catch up with me. so frustrating but im working on a way to get around it though

mine is still in review i am receving suggestion by google to add keywordsOne of mines just took 11 days to start
but i am not receieving impressions and clicks its been 8 days

some of mine took 5+ days - the longest one is 9 days now. Just suggestins to add site links / keywords. white hat compaigns too.
Seems like a new review process or the heading to Q4 and google is swamped with ads for black friday, halloween etc

My Thresholds accounts right now take 5+ days but prior to sept ~15 - they all went live after 2-3 days. I was able to exhaust the budget to 500+ within 10 days.
Real accounts took 2-3 days only but after the first billing cycle, any new ads took 1-24 hours and it went live.
But i think overall, any NEW accounts created in near Q4 is going to be subject to a longer review period as this is the most busiest season.
