I'm managing google ads for a local Nutritionist business.

This business never used google ads before me so I created one account in their name.

The ad was running for a day and then I got the email from the screenshot I attached. I submited an appeal and they reactivated the ad account. After 1 day of running ads it was suspended again for the same reason and now I submited an appeal asking why is this keep happening.

This website talk about the experience of this Nutritionist and about his services. It doesn't have any redirects or the other things that are writen on that email.

Anyone have any ideea why is this keep happening?

Hi. I used to work for Google in Ads department and saw many cases like yours. Unfortunately for you, it's a hard situation.

They accused you of circumvent which is one of the most difficult ones to clarify. I think in your case they assumed that you (or your customer) had violated the terms in the past.
One of the reasons can be if that nutritionist claims he for example "make you loose 5kg in 1 week" or promising something like that.

Maybe he isn't doing it now. But if he did it several times in the past, Google remembers that. Ask him if he did it with another websites, another Google accounts, etc.

Another reason can be a competitor repeatedly reporting these ads.

It can be also that it's just an unfair suspension by Google automatic system. I've seen that too many times.

I suggest you to send an email to Google support (find the email address in your Ads account). it's important to send an email and not to call, just some internal trick :D
