Google ADS Strategy for a new account

Hello everyone, I have created a landing page with my knowledge and i thinks it't very effective. Landing page will collect potential customers from the order form.
But i'm newbie in GG ADS so i have some question?
Note: It's new GG ads account, no data yet.
1. What is the best bid strategy to start?
2. How to choose keyword for ad group?
3. Does SKAGs ( single keyword ad group) still work?

Is your budget limited or not?

If not, it's fine to let google pick your click price (but you can add limits ofc) with broad match keywords, and then you can analyze + ban non-profitable keywords.

If you have low budget, it's best to pick manual CPC with the lowest possible, increasing it day by day to see which works better.

This is actually a million dollars worth question but I can share a one detail, you don't have to think so hard, and you don't need everything as perfect (no need for residential proxies, no need for INCREDIBLE browser settings etc)

Please inform me of the marketing product you are using and the location where you are running your PPC campaign, as this may provide us with a hint that you have been banned by Google and that you need to recheck Google guidelines.
