Google ads shopping campaign - ZERO IMPRESSIONS/CLICKS

Hi guys, Ive created my new google ads account with different information including new CC. It has been 3 working days till i started the shopping campaign. My merchant account products are active/approved for over a week. My campaign ads are ready to serve. My campaign is approved and eligible. I am unsure why its taking so long to get it live (currently on third business day). I have a message on my merchant ineligible for enhanced listings. it seems my account is just stuck. Im scared if i contact the support they will ban immediately without explanation instead of helping. Anyone have advice as to what to do in this circumstance? Help is much appreciated.

Seems the GAds account is under review and many people (here at BHW) have recently mentioned that their GAds accounts are sometimes stuck in reviews. What works in my case, is adding an ad or increasing daily budget a bit (by US$0.25) and that triggers something for a sort of re-review, often making my stuck (under review account) to go live within 24 hours.

I contacted them and they said its under manual review because its a new google ads account and adding new CC (from actually bank) has caused the GA to under review.

I will increase the budget slightly to see what happens.

Try editing your ads and then re submit them again.

guys just wait and that's it, it may take a long time, but otherwise you will not do anything. maximum that you can change the settings of your campaign (bid, keywords, ads), sometimes it helps to get your account out of the freeze faster

Google ads changed. Wasnt like this before. Maybe this scamedmic is causing this. Google might be thinking people are sending coronavirus infected products to their US customers. Heard alot of facebook ads are being banned too. My ads was stuck and i was losing money so I just shut it down and linked it to Old MC and old adwords which ran for 2 days then I got suspended for Misrepresentation. I am back to square one.
