Hello, I've been trying to run an fantasy sports ad on Google Search, DE geo, but almost everytime I face the issue that Google restricts the keyword, and my ads won't show on it.

Even though there are tons of "fantasy sports" ads who use same keywords and they do not have any certificates whatsoever.

What is causing this, and how to fix it?

Thank you in advance <3

It is because the account is not trusted by Google, the keyword is not the issue.

Mix it with few long-tailed keywords related to it.

Some keywords may be considered sensitive or related to gambling. If you use these keywords, your ads may be restricted.

You have used 1 keyword for all ads, this leads to your ads being spammed, why don't you use a variety of different keywords related to this content?

Use the restricted keywords, just as keywords, in a simple search campaign, no partners or display. Do not include that keywords in any of the description or headlines, nowhere a user will see it when it searches for your keywords. Budget increase should be done with a maximum of 40% of the amount you have running and not sooner then 2h between changes. It should get your ad 'limited' - but then you can get traffic. Remove any other retrictions you have in the account, like countries for now. After your ad will run for 7 days or more, you can start creating other types of ads (display, partners, performance max), but keep the same strategy - keywords just as search terms.

After a time, your account will be considered trusted and you can expand the reach and format of your campaigns.

I am experiencing the same issue and I see that competing companies easily advertise using these keywords. There must be a method for this. Could someone who is an expert in this field help?

Those guys are cloaking or running on aged accounts, you’ll need the same setup if you want your fantasy ads to stick.
