Does the new update Google suspend all new accounts and ask for advertiser verification? If not then when ask for advertiser verification?

same, all my account got suspended too. need verification email.
i try use different virtual number even i use my phone number, but not work.

I haven't create new Google ads accounts after the update. Is it really suspending all new accounts without any reason no matter how good is the method? And when suspended you must do advertiser verification to appeal? I create fake accounts because run nutra offers and if create legit account if get suspended idk what would do

yeah, i think, all my google ads account get suspended, need verification email number again,
and all number i try, all fail.
