1） you use a landing page, and that landing page has a big button says "you are streaming sth, click me!", by this way, Google will not ban you, because you at least have a landing page, not direct URL, I guess Google doesn't allow direct link to streaming site.
2) you still use direct link, but with a cloaker, a "cloaker" software can mask the real URL your AD direct, when Google checks your AD URL, its normal, but when a user clicks that URL, it will direct go to your streaming site.
A cloaker is advanced technique and only few people know how to use it, but risks still there to get the account banned. There are some premium cloaker services online, I never tried them. No one can tell you how to do it because its complicated.

You not gonna be able to do it, once account is suspended - it's gone, you need to create a new one.
