Focus on the basics first—policy-compliant creatives, clear/transparent landing pages, and consistent messaging from ad to page. Also keep an eye on account health (billing, history, feedback) and avoid making too many sudden changes. That’s usually what helps with long-term stability.

Try which setup works for you. Create campaigns for testing and select which setup gives you results. You can create multiple ad set under 1 campaign to scale.

What you mentioned is the foundation, but most instability actually comes from aggressive scaling or frequent edits.
Let campaigns mature, duplicate instead of editing heavily, and keep account history as clean as possible.

did you find that avoiding sudden changes made a big difference in account health over time?

If you are running normal campaigns, use an aged Facebook account. Choose the right objective. Do not edit campaigns again and again after they go live. Set everything properly and let it run so it can learn your audience and creatives. Avoid very narrow targeting and keep manual control on ads. In blackhat or grey niches (crypto, gambling, adult, betting), many people use cloaking plateform to reduce ban risk. I have seen names Adspect, TrafficGuardian, and JCI and others in threads. You can read more to google.

solid advice for whitehat stuff, but transparent landers won't save u if u r running anything slightly grey. meta/google bots r getting crazy aggressive even with "clean" accounts.

the real key to stability is redundant infrastructure - multiple clean IPs, separate browser profiles, and unique code for every whitepage u use. if ur tech stack is compromised, "compliant creatives" won't do nothing.

Using clean profiles, aged assets, stable proxies, and warming up ad accounts slowly helped me a lot. Also avoid changing payment methods or BM access too often. Consistency seems to matter most for long term stability.

Both Google and Meta platforms share a common preference for established accounts with high trustworthiness and sound proxies, as many newly created accounts are banned even if their products are completely transparent.

This is very important, especially for Meta. Google Ads always feels a bit easier and more stable.
