Google ads Malicious site and Circumventing.

I'm trying to practice google ads in gambling niche. The campaigns are being approved but after a few hours Google rejects due to circumventing policies and malicious site.

The website has proper Privacy Policy Page, Terms and conditions, SSL although these domains are newly bought. and regarding with the Keywords and ads they are all "white". Hoping someone would give "tips". Thank you so much!

And importantly too, what ad account are you using? One with spending history, an agency one, or did you just create a new ad account? The account needs to be strong.
