Google Ads killed the ‘IPTV’ keyword | Can cloaking really get around it?

Hello everyone,
I've been wondering if anyone has managed to run IPTV ads on Google lately.
It seems that the keyword “IPTV” no longer triggers ads, so while looking for solutions I came across something called cloaking. A few people said it could solve the issue, but I’m not convinced. because from my understanding, the problem isn’t about your website violating the TOS. It’s more about how Google algorithm/system works.

so, I think, the issue isn’t about TOS violation on your site, it’s about Google Ads algorithm keyword filtering, and cloaking won’t change that.

Am I right about that, or missing something?

just switch to display ads or pmax, it will take a week to filter all irrelevant traffic. search campaigns are pretty restricted now. very few clicks with super high cpc.

It sometimes can solve the issue depending on what methods you use.

If you want to run ads and are new to cloaking display ads are easier to start with
 
Cloaking is to hide black hat sites that violate policy. If the keyword itself is prohibited, then you can't do anything about it.
